Am very sorry to hear of Bills passing!! He was a great man. He was a regular customer at Capt. Jacks restaurant on the bayfront which is where I met him. May he rest in Peace!!

I am so sorry to hear about Bill Head's passing. I am praying for his family as they go through this difficult time. I was a duty officer with the FMP from 1990 to 1995 and worked with Bill from the Jacksonville Beach location. He was such a great officer and investigator.
