William L. Hoffpauir

Oakdale-Memorial services celebrating the life of William L. Hoffpauir, 66, will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at Mt. Hope Baptist Church. Rev. Lee Manuel will officiate. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.
The family will receive visitors at Mt. Hope Baptist Church on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, from 9 a.m. until time of service.
William was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He served as a correctional officer at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, as well as a lieutenant with the Immigration and Naturalization Service to provide for his family. His pride and joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren. William enjoyed doing anything outdoors, raising cattle, hunting, and fishing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Those left to cherish William's memory include in his wife, Deborah Hoffpauir; two sons, William Brandon Hoffpauir and wife, Anna and Charles Garrett Hoffpauir and wife, Kim; daughter, Elizabeth Kayla Reed and husband, Kasey; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
William is preceded in death by his parents, William and Jane Hoffpauir; brother, Richard Hoffpauir; and grandson, William Hoffpauir.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
