William was a member of my family. He was always a polite respectable man. My mother Lettie (Kate) was the oldest of the girls in the Draper family she talked about how she´d babysat Tutu when they were kids. And how he would suck his thumb. We always called him uncle Tutu growing up. He´s the last oldest member of our family. When he would pass through Lettsworth, La he always stopped by to visit with Kate. We will miss see him. So sorry for your loss. RIP William
