William F. Howell

William Franklin Howell, age 80, of Kingston passed away Monday, March 16, 2026, at Renaissance Terrace in Harriman. He was born April 14, 1945, in Kingston and has been a lifelong resident of Roane County. He was of the Baptist faith. William retired from Fox Den where he had worked as a Greens Keeper. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and his special fur baby friend, Buddy. Preceded in death by his parents, William Buck & Viola Mae Moore Howell; brother, Boyd Howell; sisters, Willette Breazeale, Mary Woods, Jo Forrester, and Louise Webb.
