William Henry "H" Hunt

William Henry G. Hunt, Jr., 49, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on January 22, 2026. Born on August 3, 1976, William, affectionately known as H, was a passionate lacrosse player, having played for Judge Thomas Horne in Loudoun County during his youth. He attended Christchurch School and later graduated from Shenandoah University, where his love for the sport led him to play professionally in Canada. H's career in Information Technology took him from Virginia to Florida, where he continued to excel and innovate in his field. Beyond his professional life, he was an enthusiastic sportsman, enjoying water and snow skiing, boating, and, of course, playing lacrosse.

He is survived by his mother, Mary; brother, Thomas; sister-in-law, Erin; and niece, Audrey. He was preceded in death by his father, William H.G. Hunt.

H was a member of the Espiscopal faith. He was cremated, and as of now, no services are planned.

In his memory, H's love for life and sport will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. William Henry "H" Hunt
