William Jack Obituary

formerly of Saline, and Dexter, age 88, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Atria Senior Living of Ann Arbor. He was born December 2, 1936, in Dumbarton, Scotland, the son of Robert and Margaret (Conroy) Jack.
William was a member of the St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Saline. He worked in automation sales, and owned Sensors, where he was Manager and Engineer. William enjoyed golfing, shooting, and hunting; and loved his grandkids.
William is survived by his wife of almost 51 years this November, Donna (Openkowski) Jack; his sons, Jeff (Carol) Jack of Saline, Bob (Wanda) Jack of Taylor; daughter, Lezlie (Andy) Martin of Whitmore Lake; stepdaughter, Debbie (Steve) Dackiw of Dexter; brother, John (Nancy) Jack of Perrysburg, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Please check www.colefuneralchapel.com for updates. Burial will be at Washtenong Memorial Park in Ann Arbor. In honor of William's love for kids, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
