William D. “Billy” Jackson, 75, died at his home on January 24, 2026.
Billy was a faithful member of Clarksbury Church in Deltaville, Va. He worked at the school in Middlesex County for many years until he retired. The kids just adored him and he was liked by everyone.
Mr. Jackson is preceded in death by his parents, Ishmel and Beulah Jackson and a sister Thelma J. Mathews.
Billy is survived by two nephews, Carlton Mathews of NC, and Chip Mathews; a niece Lindsey Mathews and numerous cousins and close friends that he loved dearly.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Clarksbury Church on February 28, 2026.
