Bill was born in Alpena on December 29, 1959, to Robert and Elizabeth (LaBell) Keen. On September 14, 1985, he married Denise Losinski, just celebrating their 39th anniversary. He worked his entire career at Ossineke Industries retiring as plant manager just earlier this month after 46 ½ years. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, Detroit and University of Michigan sports and just being out of doors.
Surviving are his wife, Denise; son, Ryan Keen; father, Robert Keen; sister, Beth (George) Langenburg; brother, Brad (Wendie) Keen; sister-in-law, Kathy Keen; father-in-law, Richard Losinski; brother-in-law, Jeff (Karen Zolnierek) Eckhart; nieces and nephews, Rob Keen, Jason (Kristan) Keen, Daniel (Jake Luker) Langenburg, Patrick (Beverly) Langenburg, Andy (Emily) Keen, Rebecca (Travis) McLean, Jaimen (Alexandra) Waha, Chris (Emily) Waha, Alexander Waha, Olivia Huhn-Turvudd, Emily (Kevin) Wyman, Nathan Eckhart, Nick (Vickie Rumaker) Eckhart; several great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Betty, brother, Robert (JR) Keen, Jr., mother-in-law, Rita Losinski and sister-in-law, Lynda Eckhart.
Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
Inurnment: St. Catherine Cemetery
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Friends Together or St. Catherine Catholic Church

I met Mr. Keen a couple of times but his son Ryan was my General Manager in Pontiac. Bill Keen raised such a wonderful young man who I have the most respect for as a great person. I know through conversations that Ryan loved his parents so much and wanted to enjoy them taking many drives from Pontiac to Alpena.
