William E. Kugler

William (Bill) passed peacefully on January 18, 2026, surrounded by love.

Born and raised in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, he carried the values of his hometown with him throughout his life. He later moved to San Diego, California, where he and his wife built a life and raised their three beautiful children. In retirement, he settled in Fort Myers, Florida, where he spent his final years enjoying a slower pace of life.

He was a proud graduate of Penn State University and built a successful career in sales within the investment firm industry. His work ethic, integrity, and ability to connect with people defined his professional life.

More than anything, he was the heart of his family. He was the glue that held both his immediate and extended family together, always checking in, always making sure no one felt forgotten. His phone calls, messages, and presence meant more than he probably ever realized.

He had an abundance of friends and was deeply loved by many. His warmth, humor, and loyalty left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his three children, Kelsey Kugler, Spencer Kugler, and Kylie Kugler; his beloved sister, Janice Misura; his niece, Natalie Kugler Koedel; his nephew, Geoff Kugler; and many extended family members and friends who will carry his memory forward.

He will be missed beyond words, but his love, laughter, and steady presence will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
