Hello,
We realize that we are very late to express our deepest condolences, but we wanted to let you and your family and friends know that we have made a small donation to the St. Jude Children´s Research Hospital in the name of William L. McDaniel II US Air Force Master Sergeant.

We recognize that this is a humble tribute, but we wanted you to know that it is heartfelt and made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals across the American youth hockey community and beyond. We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you safe and strong.

Sincerely,
Charlie Gili & Family

Just found this guestbook!!

Still thinking of Bub and his sacrifice, and thinking of those family members that he left behind who continue to remember and love him.
He touched our lives, too, especially at the kids' wedding. His life and death had purpose and God will reward him in wonderful ways...He has promised. James 1:12

Thank you to those that have left our family special messages and prayers. Bill was an awesome man who I will always love tremendously and definitely will never be forgotten! We (his wife and children) are doing very well as God is a tremendous Savior and awesome help and not only has helped us get through a difficult time, but has blessed us above and beyond what we could have asked or thought. His parents and siblings also are doing well and I know appreciate the kindness you all have shown. On this day I am proud to say my Hero died for a great and noble cause...one we should never take for granted! I am proud of all of our military men and women serving and who have served. May the Lord bless you! Sincerely, Deborah McDaniel-Baldwin

If this person can stand in battle to ensure my freedom, then I will stand in grief with his/her family to honor him/her. For every fallen HERO there is a bright star that shines in the evening sky to remind us of the cherished gift we were given – even if for too short a time.
My heart breaks again as I sign yet another guest book of another courageous young soldier who gave their life so selflessly. I wish I never found myself in a position to have to sign another guest book for the rest of my life, but I promised Le Ron A. Wilson (a dear friend KIA 7/6/07, 18yrs old) that neither he nor any like him would be forgotten and so I will continue until the day there is no longer the need.

There is nothing that can be said to take away your pain and anguish, but please accept our prayers and sympathy during these hard times. Sgt. McDaniel stands as an American hero that will not be forgotten. We too have lost a soldier. Spec. Nicholas Brown was KIA in Mosul, Iraq on January 22, 2007. There is a memorial park being built in Sunbury, Ohio for fallen soldiers of the war on terrorism. It will be dedicated on June 30, 2007. Thank you for letting us honor your hero.
