William Linton, Jr. Obituary

William Aubrey Linton Jr. passed away on December 30, 2025. Born in Maryland, he spent most of his life in Atlanta, Georgia, where he built a life defined by family, discipline, curiosity, and genuine connection with others.

Bill believed deeply in people, hard work, and living life fully at every age. He valued health, optimism, and consistency, and he lived those values daily. He was devoted to staying active, learning, and maintaining meaningful relationships, finding joy in conversation, the gym, reading, and big ideas.

A devoted family man, Bill was a loving father, mentor, and steady source of strength. He was deeply proud of his children and the lives they were building. He shared forty years of marriage with his wife Jan, who stood by his side with unwavering love and devotion.

Bill will be remembered as curious, disciplined, warm, and optimistic. He inspired those around him to take care of their health, stay curious, believe in themselves, and value connection. His legacy lives on through his family and the many lives he touched.

Bill was a coworker of mine and was always advocating health and prosperity. He was always smiling and very rarely not. He made such an impact here at work and will be missed dearly. I wish he had more time on this earth with us. He was very proud of kids and their careers. A wonderful family and dedicated father he was. We will miss you Bill. Rest easy friend. ~Alex Garcia
