William Long Obituary
Born and raised in Kansas, William was the beloved son of Bill and Charlene Long. He is survived by his devoted wife, Dana Long, and his children Harleigh Long, Jonathan Rhodes, and predeceased Tisha George/Blanke, who were his greatest pride.
Along with his children, he is survived by several grandchildren, Madalyne Peoples, Emalee George, Erin Rhodes, William Varela and to be born, Auden Varela who all brought him joy.
He is also survived by his sisters Joann Burke and Tamara Long, who shared a lifetime of memories with him.
William was known for his strong work ethic and unmistakable passion for building billboards, a craft he dedicated much of his time to. Outside of work, he found his greatest joy on the open road, riding his Harley and embracing the freedom and peace it brought him.
He will be remembered for his steady presence, his hardworking spirit, and the love he carried for his family and friends.
A memorial service to honor William's life will be held on December 14, 2025, at 4590 W. Vanderhoff Circle, Wichita, KS 67209 at 1 PM.
