Bill was born to Ruth and Leon Marstellar on May 26,1940 in Greenville, PA.
He was raised by his grandmother Beulah Hart on her farm in Greenville. He took over the running of the farm at age 13 following his grandfather's stroke.
Bill graduated from Clay County High School in Green Cove Springs and then attended Thiel College for business management.
He was a joint owner of Hasty House, President and CEO of RMS, and Vice president of Shoneys Inc.
He was actively involved in the jail ministry and the 12 Step Program, as well as being an active member of Trinity Baptist Church.
He was predeceased by his Mother, Ruth Sullivan, Father, Leon Marstellar, Stepfather, John Sullivan, and son William Gregory Marstellar.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Marstellar, his children, Sherri Fisher, Melinda Meyer, Steve Marstellar, his sisters, Bonnie Underwood, and Mary Jane Carney, his grandchildren, Kayley, Landon, Preston, Sara, Kendall, Mary Taylor, Lauren, and five great grandchildren.
Bill was a tough man with a sarcastic sense of humor and is best remembered for his tireless work ethic.
He had a love of model trains and decorating for Christmas.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Trinity Baptist Church
1600 SE 58th Ave, Ocala, FL 34480.
Burial will be in Albany, GA at Floral Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Trinity Baptist Church Cornerstone Ministry.

Where you saw Bill you saw Beverly... I had the priviledge of knowing them through Trinity Baptist. As faithful active members they were always at an event happening or celebrating something! Over the years Bill had been active in Sunday School, Wednesday Night Bible Study, Cornerstone, 12 Step, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Class Parties, Friday Nite SS Dinners Out and many more I didn't know about! He was quite the joking character...always ready with a funny quip and that funny little stair waiting for your reaction! One thing he never forgot was His Lord & Savior...I will miss his sweet sincere heart felt prayers!

We are going to miss you Bill but so glad your pain and suffering is over and you are now home with our Heavenly Father whom you loved and was such an integral part of your life the last 50 years. So glad we could be a part of your and Beverly’s life. God bless you good and faithful servant.
