William is survived by his wife, Judy Martin of Baldwyn; his sons, Jason Tackett (Elizabeth) of Yazoo City, Steve Tackett (Shaleigh) of Tupelo, William Martin, Jr. of Corinth, Wesley Martin of Minnesota and Bradley Martin of Burnsville; his brother, Michael Martin (Dana) of Baldwyn; his sister, Shelia Noble of Baldwyn; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Ruth Martin; his brother, Danny Martin; and his great-grandson, Jeremiah Tackett.
