William L. McNiece

I would like to extend my sincere sympathies to all of Bill and Joan's families I had known Bill from St. Andrew's in Clifton, NJ and my husband went to school with Joan. We remained friends with them until long after they moved to Delaware. I was the influence of Joan doing Tai Chi. I told her about my doing it and then she started. She went a LOT further with it than I ever did but we talked about it a lot on the phone. I miss talking to them very much and I can only say they were one H--- of a couple and I will miss them terribly,
