William T. Meeks IV, a loving husband, devoted father, caring brother, and loyal friend, passed away on February 24, 2023, in Smithtown, NY, at the age of 53.
Born on April 12, 1969, Billy grew up in Holtsville, NY. William was the son of William T. Meeks III and Barbara J. Meeks (Nee Phillipson). He married the love of his life and soulmate, Lauren Meeks, and together they raised five children: Sophie Meeks, the late Shane Meeks, Logan Mikulasovich, Lucas Mikulasovich, and Evan Mikulasovich. William had three sisters: Deborah Stone (Brian), Kristie Kryssing (Raymond), and Dawn Juliano (Tim). He was a beloved son in law to Vicki and Steve Licata.
William was a man full of life, and always ready for a party. He was artistic, creative, and mechanical. He had a passion for riding quads in upstate NY and loved spending time with his family. He was always willing to help others and would give you the shirt off of his back. He was a dedicated member of the Hauppauge Fire Department for six years. He loved his motor scooters and was obsessed with his gators.
William had a heart of gold and was known for his great hugs. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and community.
Rest in peace, William T. Meeks IV. You will always be remembered for your kind heart, infectious smile, and willingness to help others.
