William "Bill" Menosky

William "Bill" Menosky, age 94, of Zelienople, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024.
Born December 24, 1929, in Beaver County, he was the son of the late Peter Menosky and the late Anna Kuzma.
Bill was a Branch Manager for World Book Encyclopedia and he had a passion for reading and learning about the world around him. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, gardening, tennis and woodworking.
After their marriage on August 18, 1956, Bill and Carolyn raised their family in Ohio, New Jersey, and Pittsburgh, before retiring to New Smyrna Beach, Florida, where they lived for over 30 years.
During retirement, Bill enjoyed fishing, bicycling and traveling with his "honey" Carolyn to many countries, as well as volunteering as a mentor and raising scholarship funds in their Florida community.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his "honey" Carolyn Menosky (O'Donnell); brother Peter Alan (Maureen) Menosky; his daughters Judy Ann Menosky and Janet (Kevin) Smith; daughter in law Ronianne Menosky and a foster daughter Terry Ford; five grandchildren Rachel Elizabeth (Brian) Barsottini, Sharon Julia Hensley, Benjamin Jewette Smith, Molly Menosky and Jake Menosky; and four great grandchildren Lucy Barsottini, Arlo Barsottini, Jude Barsottini and Rylan Hensley.
Bill was preceded in death by his brother George Menosky and three sons Christopher Menosky, David Menosky and Billy Menosky.
Services will be held on Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at 11:00 am in the Seaman Chapel at Passavant Retirement Community, 105 Burgess Dr., Zelienople, PA 16063, with his son-in-law, Kevin, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a favorite charity of your choice.
