Obituary of William J. Minerd
William Jason Minerd, 47, Buffington Twp., passed away March 7, 2025, at home. Born July 27, 1977, in Uniontown the son of Harold and Janette (Long) Minerd. Preceded in death by his father. Survived by mother, spouse Janice, his loving children Kelsie Minerd, Kyle Minerd, and Sadie Mitchell-Minerd, Tianna Mitchell, Isabella Hebenthal, Rebecca McCauley, and Tapanga Lichtenfels. Grandchildren Camden, Kloey, Kassidy and several other step grandchildren. His brothers Tommy, Anthony, and Chris. Special family Forrest "Woodsey" and Evelyn Mack, Tim Johnson, Travis Johnson, and Jennifer Charney.
Bill was a Graduate of United High School class of 1995, proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1995 to 1998, and was a member of Boiler Makers Local 154 for 23 years.
Friends received 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Thursday and 11 am until celebration of life held at noon Friday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh. Pastor Terry Glessner officiating. Military honors will be held at the funeral home.
