I met Bill at my very first Toastmasters conference in Winston-Salem, NC. He was in the Humorous Speech Contest (and won). I remember that story to this day! He was one of my favorites! Thank you for all the laughs over the 29 years of our friendship.

It was a shock to learn of Bill´s passing.
As a devoted Toastmaster and fan of Bill, the entire leadership team and followers of Bill will sorely miss his tireless jokes, laughing heart and smile. His long-time friends Jay, Harry, Phil and the rest of the
"The Old Crocs", plus the entire worldwide organization valued his many talents and shared his belief: humor connects us all as humankind, and need a dose daily.
God rest your soul, Billy Boy. We love you forever.

So sorry to hear about Roy. I was friends with Cindy and Cheryl back in the 60' s . I remember there dad always smiling. I saw him again at eye doctor's office I was working at in the late 90's and again about 4 years ago in another office I worked at. He was still smiling and joking. I hugged him then and glad I got the chance. He was a sweet man. Prayers to the family .
