William Thomas Mohs

William Thomas "Bill" Mohs, age 63 of Xenia, passed away Monday, February 2, 2026 at Greene Memorial Hospital. He was born February 10, 1962 in St. Cloud, Minnesota the son of Robert and Lorraine Mohs.

Bill proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp as a First Lieutenant. After the military, he worked as an Aircraft Dispatcher. He split his time between work and assisting with home schooling his children. He was determined to follow God's will in his life. Bill was a devoted husband, father and friend to all.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Mohs; siblings, James, Johnny, Laurie and Francine Mohs.

Bill is survived by his wife, Kyong; children, Catherine (Sean Nuzum) Mohs, John Mohs and Therese Mohs; mother, Lorraine Mohs; siblings, Mary Kay, Margaret, Clare, Thomas, Edward, Jane, Ann, John Lieser, Jennifer and Michael as well as many other family members and their spouses.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A Latin Requiem Mass will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 10:30 am at Holy Family Catholic Church (140 S Findlay St., Dayton, OH 45403) Bill will be laid to rest with full military honors at Dayton National Cemetery following the Mass.
