Born in Auburn, Pennsylvania on July 4, 1934 to Wilbur and Sarah Moyer, he spent his early years farming his parents’ farm, fishing, and playing baseball “ball” with friends. William was a man of honor, integrity, and devoted his life to his 4 loving children whom he raised and adored and they adored him.
