Terry Moyer

Moyer, Terry of Dittmer, Missouri, was born August 30, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri to Marion and Thelma (nee Clemmons) Moyer and entered into rest Wednesday, February 25, 2026 in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 79 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Thelma (nee Clemmons) Moyer; his siblings, Virgina Moyer-Heidenreich, Norma Barton, Eugene Moyer, Gerald Moyer, James Moyer, Virgil Moyer, Edward Moyer, and Charles Moyer; one daughter, Michaelene Sexton; and two grandchildren, Deanna Moyer and Nathan Page.

He is survived by his wife, Valerie Moyer; his children, Terry (Lisa) Moyer, Christina (Eric) Page, Jarrod (Crystal) Moyer, Tracy (Tim) Riggs; grandchildren, Otis, Rebecca, Nick, Nash, Christopher, Elizabeth, Grace and Samuel; numerous great-grandchildren; his brother, Jerry Moyer; along with many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. Terry Moyer was a man who found his greatest joy in the outdoors and his deepest love in his family. A proud Vietnam Veteran, Terry carried a quiet strength and unwavering spirit throughout his life. He loved camping under the stars, traveling to new places, fishing with friends and family, and spending early mornings hunting. Whether he was riding his ATV through the woods or out on the water boating, he felt most at home in nature. In his quieter moments, Terry could often be found feeding the deer he affectionately called "his girls," a simple tradition that brought him great happiness. Above all, Terry loved his grandchildren more than anything in this world. They were the light of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them, leaving behind a legacy of love, adventure, and devotion to family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016. Funeral Ceremony will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary. Interment with military honors will immediately follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Cedar Hill, MO.
