Carol Lee

Carol (nee Girardier) Lee of Dittmer, Missouri, was born January 18, 1936 in Lubbering, Missouri to John and Bertha (nee Whitworth) Girardier and entered into rest Monday, January 12, 2026 in St. Clair, Missouri at the age of 89 years.

She is preceded in death by husband, Elden Lee; son-in-law, Michael Schleper; her parents, John and Bertha (nee Whitworth) Girardier; siblings, Wanda (Earl) Toulouse, Oleta (Bill) Gibbons, and Darrel (Norma) Girardier.

She is survived by her children, Diane (Clifford) King, Darla (Robert) Griesinger, and Debra Schleper; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Casey) King, Tiffany (Steven) Corio, Bethany Lee, Austin Bilbro, Sarah West (Devon Wilson), Ryan Schleper, and Mandy (Kyler) Conly; 8 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Carol Lee, a dear mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a woman of faith and a member of First Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, Missouri. She was also a proud member of the Red Hat Society, where she enjoyed friendship and fellowship. In her younger years, Carol loved horseback riding, and throughout her life she found great joy in reading. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit and the simple pleasures that brought her happiness.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Cedar Hill, 8265 Local Hillsboro Rd, Cedar Hill, Missouri, 63016. Funeral Ceremony will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Cedar Hill. Interment will immediately follow at Grubville Cemetery.
