William Nester Jr. Obituary
William Charleston Nester Jr., age 82, passed away on December 7, 2025. He was born on May 22, 1943, in Wellsville, Ohio, to William and Pauline (Irwin) Nester.
William drove for Paul Watt’s Trucking for over 30 years. His CB handle was “Undertaker”. William served honorably in the United States Army.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Sue Ann Mercer, Donna Lee Moats, and Tonya Mack; sons, Richard and Buddy McPherson; and sisters, Helen Baier and Mary Ludt.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Rhea June Nester; daughters, May Lynn and Marie McPherson; son, Brian McPherson; brother, Richard G. Nester; and sister, Paula Nester Hancock.
A memorial service will be held at Marlboro Christian Church on Monday, December 15th at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
