He is survived by his sisters, Moria (Craig) Bush, of Lexington, Missy (Kevin) Gellhaus, of Louisville, Lizanne (Lee) McDonough, of North Carolina, and brothers, Timothy Nichols, of Lexington, Ernie (Sandra) Nichols, of Lexington, and Doyle (Ellen) Nichols, of Maryland, in addition, many nieces and nephews.
