William Edward Nikodem

William, known to most as Nik but to others as Bill, Willie, Pops or Beel, died peacefully on December 17th 2024 at the age of 81. 

The youngest of 3 siblings, Nik was born on March 6th 1943 to Les & Annie (Murphree) Nikodem in South Gate CA and at the age of 9, moved to Ohio. 

From an early age Nik lived life “Full Throttle”! As a business owner with a flair for fast cars, motorcycles, scuba and skydiving he was always looking for the next adventure. He also acquired a list of ex-wives in the process, most of which he still held very special places in his heart for. 

Nik was proceeded in death by his parents, Les & Annie and his sister Diana. He is survived by his brother and sister in-law Les & Carol, his son and daughter in-law Ed & Teresa, daughters Lisa and Magen, son Seth, grandchildren Alexis, Jake & James, life long friends Dale & Chris along with many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held between the hours of 3:30-5:00pm on January 3rd at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. with the service to follow. Our family would like to express our gratitude to the staff at Crown Pointe Care Center and Bella Care Hospice for all the help and care given.
