William Henry Nixson

Mr. Nixson, known to his family and friends as Bill, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday; April 1, 2022. Mr. Nixson was born February 19, 1959 in Snyder, Texas to his parents Henry and Helen Nixson.Bill served his country proudly as a sergeant in the United States Army. Mr. Nixson was employed by Jamison Steel Rule Die for twenty years, working his way from die maker into sales. There will be an open invitation graveside service for family and friends at Union Cemetery, in Dickson, TN, on Saturday April 23, 2022 at 2pm. Bill is survived by his wife of forty three years, Brenda K. Nixson, two sons, John (Michelle) Crites and Jason (June) Nixson, nine grandchildren; Dorothy (Jordan) Jackson, Gabrielle Schmittou, Dylan Crites, Johnathon (Karlaa) Mata, Isabella Crites, Mark"M.J." Schmittou, Emma Grace, Jayden Nixson, and Jacoby Nixson; one great grandson Waylon Stone Nixson. Mr. Nixson was preceded in death by his parents Henry O. Nixson and Helen Brisley Nixson Scott.
