Bill worked with my Dad at the US Postal Inspection Service. My Dad and I also worked with Bill at Meinhardt's Pony Keg back in the 70's. Bill was a great guy. I enjoyed reconnecting with him at Elder basketball games and stag events. He was always a joy to talk with. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. Words cannot express how much we enjoyed hosting Bill on his Cleveland visits. We enjoyed reminiscing, watching Xavier Basketball and talking about family and how much he cherished being a brother, father, grandfather and uncle. He was a wonderful person who will be deeply missed. Rest in peace Cousin Bill.

To Bill´s family; I am deeply sorry for your loss. Bill´s wife Barb and I were social workers together at Catholic Social Services way back when. We got to be good friends and our families spent time together. My family left Cincinnati and we eventually lost touch but knowing Barb and Bill and sharing part of this life´s journey with them was a tremendous gift. Bill was one of the kindest, funniest, most generous people I´ve truly ever met. What a light in this challenging world. I hope we

To Bill's kids and family, your words describing him are so true and so awesome, just like him. I can only say how lucky and grateful I am to have known him. Met him for the first time when he came to see Barb (whom we all loved) at Catholic Charities, he didn't know me but was smiling, joking. Was fortunate to see them both again when they were neighbors to friends of mine. Much later at work in Children's NICU I passed a volunteer cradling a very tiny, very ill infant, was touched, you didn't see many male volunteers there. I wasn't sure but thought I might have recognized him. Later that day I heard my name called across the cafeteria by the male volunteer, Bill, who hadn't seen me in many years but remembered my name. It was so good to see him. I won't ever forget the image of him holding that baby or how much he gave to so many. Prayers for his family and many friends. Thanks, Bill, I hope we can follow in your footsteps.
