Survivors include his companion, Jane Tinsley and their dog Rowdy; his sister-Margaret Rose Sampson of Cabot, Arkansas; 2 brothers-Lawrence "Larry" Erwin Phillips(Hortensia) of Ft. Worth, Texas and David Carlton Phillips(Dianne) of Jacksonville, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews.
Services are 2:00 PM Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Robert Barron officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 10AM until funeral time Saturday at the funeral home. The Family asks for expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hospice of Ohio County. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to bevilbrosfuneralhomes.com
