He is survived by his wife of 39 years Elisa Phillips, Son Blake Phillips, Grandchildren Bubba and Sophie Phillips, Ben Ishee, Mother Erline Phillips, Sisters Stacy Lindemann (Wade), Kay Brooks (Tommy) and Jo Phillips, Brothers Wayne Phillips and Steve Phillips, Father-in-Law Larry Martin, Brother-in-Law Benny Lambert and Sister-in-Law Betty Phillips.
He will be missed by a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
There will not be a service at this time.
