William G. “Bill” PISCITELLI, 91, of Wellsville, NY, died Saturday, January 3, 2026 in UR Jones Memorial Hospital. 

Born November 14, 1934, in Wellsville, he was the son of Glenn and Helen Cardamone Piscitelli. A graduate of Wellsville High School, he served honorably with the U.S. Army from 1956 – 1958 in the military police. Bill attended collage at Ithaca, Elon, and UNC in Chapel Hill. He worked for several local businesses including Harry Graves and Sons, Family Ford, Lester Chevrolet, and ID Booth, all of Wellsville. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, Elks Lodge #1495, Morrison Hayes American Legion Post #702, Frank B. Church VFW Post #2530, all of Wellsville. Bill loved to golf and was a former member of the Wellsville Country Club. He enjoyed his career of selling cars and his family was very important to him. 

Surviving are: two daughters, Lisa (Gary) Perry of South Hampton, NJ and Ann Judd of Red Oak, NC; a son, Mark (Kelly) Piscitelli of Wellsville; five grandchildren, Christopher Button, Jordan Judd, William G. Piscitelli II, Trey Piscitelli, and James Piscitelli; a sister-in-law, Barb Piscitelli of Wellsville; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. He was predeceased by his parents; and his brother, Robert Piscitelli. 

A service will be held in the spring and will be announced on a later date. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org or Catholic Charities Joyce Family Food Pantry and Outreach Center.
