86, of Coventry, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy A. (Marcello) Poole. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late William and Modestina (Iannotti) Poole.
Bill was a steel fabricator and the owner of Engineering, Welding and Fabrication Co. He was a member of the East Greenwich Yacht Club, East Greenwich Lions Club, Atlantic Tuna Club and Power Squadron.
Besides his wife Dorothy, he is survived by his loving children, Deana Marshall and her husband Edwin, William A. Poole and his wife Nicole, Anthony W. Poole and his wife Bridget; cherished grandchildren, Liam Marshall, Annarose Marshall, Gian Poole, Dominic Poole, Brayden Poole.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Holy Apostles Church, Cranston. Entombment will follow in Sts. Peter & Paul Mausoleum, St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
