William Lowell Rash was born on April 2, 1940. He peacefully passed from this life on December 2, 2024 in Aspermont.
Lowell grew up, and graduated from, Peacock High School. He married Janice Moyers on February 28, 1961, moved to Aspermont where they raised three children. He started working in the oil field to provide for his family until he retired at age 62. He and his wife then started a family-owned business in 2001 called Aspermont Tires and Oil.
In his spare time, Lowell enjoyed a lot of activities including: team roping with his family, playing the guitar, playing music with friends, watching his grandchildren play sports, playing dominoes, croquet, checkers, and cards.
William is proceeded in death by his father Roy Rash, his mother, Alma Rash; siblings, Elizabeth Perrin, Annie Walker and Muriel Mays.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Rash; sister, Carol Spray; children Pam Hise and husband, Jonnie Hise; Willie Rash and wife, Angie Rash; Dina Bowker and husband, Dickey Bowker; eight grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
