William Eugene Reeves, age 81, of Swartz Creek, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at McLaren Hospital, Flint. A memorial service will take place 5:00 PM, Monday, December 9, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Dan Bowman will preside. Visitation will take place from 3:00 PM until the time of service Monday. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Swartz Creek Community Church, 7400 Miller Road Swartz Creek MI 48473.
Bill was born on April 13, 1943 in Campbell, MO to the late William and Charlene (Bailey) Reeves. He graduated from Utley High School. Bill and Noreen Farr were united in marriage on September 1, 1965 in Flint. He worked for many years at GM Buick as an electrician until his retirement. Bill was a member of the Swartz Creek Community Church. In his free time, Bill enjoyed camping, traveling, RVing and fishing. Bill and Noreen were able to travel to 49 States.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Noreen; two sons, Bryon and Phillip Reeves; 3 granddaughters, Jessica Reeves, Sarah (Chad) Anger and Katherine Reeves; great-grandchildren, Elodee and Onyx Anger; and sister, Patricia Thompson.
