In Loving Memory of William Domingo Rivera
William Domingo Rivera, age 66, of Stockton, California, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 8th, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Born on June 10th, 1959, in Laoag City, Philippines, William was the beloved son of Frederico and Necita Rivera. He attended Ilocos Norte High School and graduated from Northern Christian College.
In August 1988, William married the love of his life, Candida Rivera. Together, they raised three beautiful daughters who meant the world to him. William was a devoted husband and father, known for his quiet strength, work ethic, and deep sense of responsibility. Over the years, he held several roles, including as a technology technician at Komag and Western Digital, a food distributor at Cargill, and a truck driver for Swift.
William is remembered for his kind heart, boisterous laughter, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. Though he faced struggles in silence, his love for his family never wavered.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Frederico and Necita Rivera, as well as his brothers Roland and Nelson. He is survived by his loving wife Candida, his daughters Shelley Love, Geraldine, Liberty Ann, and Maegan, his granddaughter Kylie Shine, and his siblings: Melchor, Janet, Pepito, Teddy, Grace, Naomi, and Junior.
A memorial service will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 20th, 2025, at Davis Funeral Home, with Pastor Dave officiating. A private cremation will follow.
The Rivera family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to Davis Funeral Home and to the many family members and friends who have extended their love, prayers, and support during this time.
