Yesterday

Bill and I were friends in high school. He had a great personality and I enjoyed talking with him. We got together at reunions and would get caught up. Rest in peace my friend Bill.

Yesterday

William Monroe Roach, Jr. was my best friend. We have known each other since we struck up a friendship in the 9th Grade at Jane Macon Junior High in Brunswick,GA. We hung out together all through High School at Glynn Academy in Brunswick, GA. We spoke on the phone on a regular basis over the years, usually for 45 minutes to an hour talking about everything from sports to politics, but mainly sports. We last spoke on the phone about a week before he passed. I am still in denial that he is gone. Bill was a kind man, often visiting sick friends and taking them to the doctor or dentist if they could not drive. I will miss him immensely, but I know that he is in heaven. I'll see you up there!
