William Robblets Obituary
William was raised in West Granby CT, attending Granby High School and graduated from A.I. Prince Tech in Hartford CT, where he took a trade in sheet metal work. He joined the United States Navy on August 4,1969 and was honorably discharged in October of 1986. During his time with the US Navy, he used his trade to work on aircraft carriers on and off shore.
In June of 1978, he married Loretta L. Pearson (Denning), however they later divorced in March of 1981, staying caring and friendly raising their daughter together who was born in December of 1979.
He was survived by his beloved daughter Lila Michelle, and husband Christopher L. Ross; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; a brother, Neil Robblets; sisters, Donna L. Walker (Robblets), Cheryll Holland (Robblets) and Sharon Robblets, as well as 9 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents, Fredrick & Marion Robblets.
William loved to volunteer at the Safe Haven Wildlife Rehab Center in North Granby CT. In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial donation to the Safe Haven Rehabilitation Center in North Granby CT.
