William Ruloph Obituary

William E. Ruloph, 56, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022. William was born on Nov. 29, 1965 in Martinez, California.
He grew up in Seminole, Okla. Raised by his mom Bettie (Stephenson) Martin and dad Floyd Martin. William accepted his Lord and Savior at a young age. He attended school at Pleasant Grove in Seminole, Okla. He received his Welding Certification in Altus, Okla. Landscaping was his profession and passion.
William loved a good game of Farkle, Dominoes or any type of card game. At young ages he taught his nieces the game of poker, to the point they beat him at his own game. He loved gathering with family and friends.
William's favorite things to do were fishing, playing his guitar, going to casinos and riding his four-wheeler.
He was a kind-hearted soul who would give his shirt or last dollar to anyone in need.
Survivors include: his dad, Floyd Martin, Guthrie, Okla.; sisters, Ruth Peralsky (Bruce), San Pablo, Calif., Jannice Martin, Seminole, Okla. and Belva Humphrey, Eufaula, Okla.; brothers, Steven Martin (Dawn), Fort Valley, Ga.; Timothy Martin, Eufaula, Okla.; Michael Martin, Muskogee, Okla. and Chris Martin (Heather), Guthrie, Okla. Also, numerous nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews, aunts, cousins and dear friends.
William is preceded in death by his mother, Bettie (Stephenson) Martin; biological father, Jack Ruloph; grandfather, George Martin of Dustin, Okla; brother, Bobby Martin; sister-in-law, Peggy Martin; great-nephews, Jacob Borba, Dustin Floyd Bray Jr. and Trevor Burns.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022, at Piney Creek Fellowship Church with Pastor Milton Allen officiating.
