BOYLSTON - William F. "Bill" Sabin, 93, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025. He is the beloved husband of Mary (Smith) Sabin, with whom he has shared 63 years of marriage, and 70 years of partnership.
Bill was born in Webster to the late Gerald and Olga (Spahl) Sabin. He met his wife, Mary, while attending Worcester Junior College and eventually went on to Clark University. After college, Bill worked as the top salesman of Astra Pharmaceutical for over 30 years. He was an 80-year member of the Worcester YMCA, and was an avid fly fisherman and skiing enthusiast, traveling around the country and to Canada with his wife. He is a veteran of the US Navy.
Along with his wife Mary, Bill leaves behind Scott Winchester, a close family friend whom he considered a son, and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother, Dr. Thomas Sabin and parents.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 11th at 12:00 PM in Pine Grove Cemetery, Scar Hill Road in Boylston. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend.
