William Schlupp, age 99, of Hainesport, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 5, 2025.
William was born in Hudson, NY to the late William A. and Henrietta Schlupp. He had been a resident of Cinnaminson, NJ before his recent residence of 35 years in Hainesport. William owned his own nursery and landscaping company in Cinnaminson for over 50 years and was a member of the NJ Farm Bureau and NJ Nursery and Landscape Association. He proudly served his country in the Marine Corps in WW II, on Guadacanal through Okinawa. William was a simple man who loved his work and his family. He will be sincerely missed.
William is predeceased by his beloved wife, Elsie Pearl Schlupp, his son, William Schlupp, Jr., his brothers John and George Schlupp, and his great-grandchild Joseph Schlupp Campbell. He is survived by his son, David Schlupp (Vicki), his four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are welcome to his visitation on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 9:00-11:00 AM, and to his funeral service immediately following at 11:00 AM. Both will be held at Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.
