Doyle was born on January 30, 1950 to parents Emory and Lorraine Shahan in Phoenix, Arizona. After Doyle graduated from Chandler High School 1968, he moved to Provo, Utah for a year before returning to Queen Creek, Arizona to become an incredible farmer.
Doyle was previously married to Bethany Kelly and had three children, Bryon, Kelly and Benton. He later met Patty, the love of his life and married on July 7, 2007. They shared 30 years together. Doyle loved family, friends, farming, fishing, cooking, entertaining and horses.
Doyle is preceded in death by his parents, Emory and Lorraine Shahan, and his sisters, Lynn and Ann Shahan. He is survived by his wife, Patty; his three children, Bryon, Kelly and Benton; his son-in-law, Brian Keith; his grandchildren, Austin, Parker (wife Taylor), Victoria and Ivy; his great-grandchildren, Arden (Parker and Taylor) and Bo (Ivy); his siblings, Ellen, Buzz (wife Susan), John (wife Mora) and Jamie (husband Bobby), as well as many nephews and nieces.
A small service will be held on January 13, 2025 at 11:00am at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home, 21809 S. Ellsworth Rd., Queen Creek, AZ 85142.
