William Shaver Obituary
William “Bill” Shaver, aged 91, went home to be with his Lord on October 24th, 2025.
A Pocahontas, Arkansas native, Bill was born on January 4th, 1934. He moved to West Chester, Ohio in 1970 where he lived for 55 years while raising his family!
Bill never met a stranger in his life. He could talk to anyone, anywhere, at any time and then he’d offer to fix your lawnmower when you parted ways. He loved gardening, mowing his grass, and above all, spending time with his family. He lived to be almost 92 years old and we never found anything he couldn’t fix. If left unsupervised, he would have been up on the roof with his walker cleaning the gutters. His presence in our daily lives will be sorely missed but we rejoice knowing he has been reunited with his beloved wife, Nadean, in heaven.
Bill is survived by daughters Linda and Kristen, 5 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
We invite you to join us for a visitation and celebration of Bill’s life at Hodapp Funeral Home Liberty Township on Saturday, November 1st.

Bill’s wife, Nadean, passed in April of 2020 during covid. Since we were unable to gather, we will be celebrating Bill and Nadean together during the Celebration of Life service.
