Nancy Grove Obituary
Nancy H. Grove (Wolfinger) passed away peacefully on February 26 at the age of 80. She resided in West Chester, Ohio with her family for more than 50 years.
A daughter of Frank and Alice (Markward) Wolfinger, she was born in Lancaster, Ohio on February 9, 1946. Nancy was the youngest of 9 children, where her values around faith and family began to take shape.
Her Catholic faith was prominent throughout her life and the foundation of who she was. Nancy was known for her outgoing spirit, her generosity towards others, and the love she shared with her family. She enjoyed the peacefulness of her garden and was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan.
Nancy is survived by David Grove (married 54 years), their 4 children and their families: Karl, Jeremy (Angela), Bryon (Jennifer), Wendy; grandchildren - Danielle (Stephen), Devon (Ally), Avery, Ryder, Elena, Hunter, Harper, Hudson, Sofia and Armand; great grandchildren - Blake, Regan and Xander.
Nancy will be greatly missed and forever remembered by her family, friends and those in her faith community. Visitation honoring Nancy’s life will be held on Tuesday, March 3 from 5 - 8 pm at Hodapp Funeral Home (6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, Liberty Township OH 45044) Funeral Mass will be at St Gertrudes on Wednesday, March 4 at 9:30. (6543 Miami Ave, Cincinnati OH 45243) Burial will follow the mass and take place at St Mary’s Cemetery at 2 pm. (1500 S Broad St. Lancaster OH 43130)
