Bobbie Ann Bouchy (Moore), passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 15, 2026, at the age of 79.
Bobbie was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Aunt and friend to so many. She married her true love, Larry Bouchy in 1967, and they created a beautiful life together for the next 58 years.
Bobbie was a vibrant, charismatic and loving person. She would light up the room with her contagious smile. She loved her family and friends deeply and her favorite place was in her kitchen surrounded by her cookbook collection, making a delicious meal or baking a delectable dessert. Bobbie was an avid reader, enjoyed going to afternoon tea, loved Elvis, enjoyed dancing and was a master of Scrabble and card games. Most of all, Bobbie loved to laugh and talk, her vocabulary was both extensive and colorful, and her wit and sense of humor were her greatest gifts.
Born in Biloxi, MS, Bobbie graduated from Biloxi High School in 1964. She had an exciting and rewarding career as a Civil Servant with the US Government and held administrative positions around the world at Keesler AFB Mississippi, the Air Force Academy, Ramstein AFB Germany, RAF Alconbury England and the Veterans Administration (VA) in Phoenix and Washington DC.
Bobbie was also a devoted volunteer assisting teachers in the classroom, working as a Girl Scout leader, and preparing delicious afternoon teas at the Hackett House in Tempe, AZ.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie and Lucille, and sisters Patsy and Evelyn.
She will be dearly missed by her loving husband Larry, daughter Melissa, son-in-law James, granddaughters Hannah and Caroline, sister Linda, brothers James, Michael and George, two special nephews Peter and Jacques, as well as many other family members.
