William Guin, Sr.

Angier, NC: Mr. William Earl Guin, Sr.  age 70, of 1217 Ridge Road, died Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, NC.  The family will receive friends 6:00PM-8:00PM, Monday, April 22, 2019 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Coats and other times at the home.                         Mr. Guin was born on May 18, 1948 in Harnett County to the late Ernest and Hazel Lois Moore Guin.  He was a retired carpenter and truck driver.  Mr. Guin was also a US Army Vietnam Veteran. He never met a stranger and loved his family unconditionally.                   Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Alice Barbour Barefoot Guin; children, William Earl Guin, Jr., Scotty Guin, Brian Guin, Tammy Ellis and Kathy Godwin; grandchildren, Josh Guin, Kayla Guin, Steven Guin, Brandon Stanley, Jade Guin, Brian Guin, Jr., Jonathan Guin, Hunter Godwin and Allison Gardner; great-grandchildren, Peyton Terrill and Jaxon Gardner; sisters, Judy McLeod, Beverly McLamb and Dianne Crither; many nieces and nephews.             Flowers are welcomed; however the family wishes for you to send plants or cut arrangements.
