William "Buddy" Harvey Stevens, Jr., 53, Lincolnton, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on May 14, 2024.
He was born in Washington, Georgia on February 16, 1971, grew up in Grovetown, and moved to the Lincoln County area in 1993. Buddy retired from Kingsley Mill after 20 years of service. He enjoyed auto work, car racing, fishing, hunting, and was an avid Atlanta Braves Fan.
Buddy was preceded in death by his father, Sgt. William Harvey "Buddy" Stevens, Sr.; his maternal grandparents, John Martin Gay and Violet L. Gay Cripps and paternal grandparents, Florene Yearwood Stevens and Fletcher Stevens. His survivors include his wife of 15 years, Tiffanie Denton Stevens; his mother Ruth Ann Gay Stevens; his sons, Austin Stevens, Justin Stevens (Emily), Dylan Denton (James) and Nathan Porter; his daughter, Hailey Kornegay (Phoenix); his sisters, Michelle Bryant and Brandy Carr and four grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Road, Thomson, Georgia on Friday, May 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at Beggs Funeral Home one hour prior to the service. Please visit www.beggsfuneralhome.net to sign the family's personal guestbook.
