Preceded by parents, William H. and Marie R. Stromenger. Survived by wife, Susan "Sue" Stromenger; son, Michael (Lisa) Stromenger; daughter, Michele Sullivan; grandchildren, Sarah (Jake) Adams, Sammy Giddings, Sadie Giddings, Alaina Stromenger, Tyler Sullivan, Bailey Sullivan, and Bradley Sullivan; sister, Karen (Mike) Bearss; great-grandson, Brantlee Jones.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Friday, October 21, 11am at Roeder Mortuary. Memorials to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Gretna Fire Dept., or Fort Myers Beach Hurricane Relief.

Dear Sue and Family,
As friends and neighbours of you and Bill at Estero Cove please accept our condolences.
At first glance Bill could present a formidable image. Behind that image was a warm, welcoming man. He was always ready to make new friends, willing to help a neighbour or pitch-in on a project.
He demonstrated just how willing after Hurricane Ian when he worked selflessly to inform people what was happening at Estero Cove, checked on neighbours´ units and generally helped in any way he could. All this despite the challenges of no elevators, no electricity, no water, and debris clogged passages.
It was a relief when he finally evacuated and then a shock to learn of his passing.
Bill was a well known presence on the pickleball court. He never missed an Association meeting and was always willing to contribute his knowledge and expertise for the good of the Estero Cove community. Occasionally, with a minimum of coaxing, he might even agree to talk politics!
We will all miss him.

Rest easy, Uncle Bill. I wish I could´ve told you what an impact you had on Matt and I. You and Aunt Sue gave us our first lessons in real estate investments and launched our drive to build our own portfolio of investment properties. Seeing both of you working together as a team influenced our career choices as well and I aspire to grow as you both have. Thank you and I love and miss you.
