William Tremont Obituary

William B. Tremont Sr. passed away Friday September 12, 2025, at the age of 86.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years Carol Tremont, his children Robin (Brian) Armstrong, Kathleen DiCecca, Thomas (Jeannie) Tremont, his daughter-in-law Jill (Bill) Tremont, his grandchildren Kelly Armstrong, Kyle (Heather) Armstrong, Ashley (Mike) Dicecca, Kristie DiCecca, Olivia (Sawyer) Tremont, Joseph (Allison) Tremont, his great-grandchildren Kaleb Armstrong, Everleigh Armstrong, Tyler Pacileo, Colton Pacileo, Madison Przgocki, and Camden Tremont. Bill is predeceased by his son William B. Tremont, Jr.
Bill was a navy veteran who worked at Grumman Aircraft in Bethpage, NY before moving to New Milford in 1973 and opening Carquest Auto Parts. He was a member and past president of the New Milford Lions Club. Bill also enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family.
There will be a celebration of Bill's life on Saturday Oct. 18th. The family will welcome visitors from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. at the VFW Hall, 11 Avery Road New, Milford, CT 06776.

Tom, Robin and family I am so very sorry for your loss. I have so many great memories of you guys and your dad. He was a really nice guy. We had some pretty good laughs over the years when ever your dad came to restock the garage always had a joke to tell.
