Just a follow up to my message to Bill just before his passing. Nothing has changed when you have eternity in your presence. Bill will be the same 10,000 years from now as he was when I met him, because he is eternity.

I am so deeply saddened to hear of Bills passing and offer my deepest condolences to the family (church and kin). I only knew Bill for 4 years and spent only a handful of hours around him, far to short, mostly in the lineup where he probabably was seeking refuge. I did most of the talking waiting for the waves but Bill measured his words and had so much wisdom. I just hope I remember some of what he said. Bill didn't even mention his wife's passing that occurred several weeks earlier (3/19), until later in the day. Maybe he didn't want anybody to feel sorry for him. The last time I talked with Bill was around Christmas 2019. He said he wasn't feeling so good. I asked him if he would pray for a friend of mine that he never met who was about to have a risky surgery. Bill called my friend, prayed for him and my friend is alive, doing well and forever grateful to Bill. I am so blessed to have a soul like Bill Underwood to have entered my life.
