William Norman Vandervort Jr.

It is with great sadness that we announce, after battling Emphysema for many years, William Norman Vandervort, Jr. (Junior) was welcomed to his heavenly home on May 16, 2024, at 71 years old.
William Norman Vandervort, Jr. will be survived and deeply missed by his wife of 18 years, Barbara Vandervort. He will be sweetly remembered by his brother JB Howard and his wife, Jackie Howard. He will be honored by his children and their spouses: Norman Vandervort, Terry Vandervort, Rowdy McBeath, Kelley Forester, Brandon McBeath, and Chris Forester. Furthermore, he will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren and their families: Lexus, Breanna, Rowdy, Jr., Kasen, Ethan, Kysen, Hayden, Lillian, Richard, Hadley, Jenny, and Isabelle.
William Norman Vandervort, Jr. is preceeded in death by his father, William Norman Vandervort and his mother mother, Ruby Williams; and his siblings Johnny Howard, Joanne Vandervort, and Ron Vandervort.
On Friday, May 24, 2024, a visitation, viewing, and services will be held from 12-2 pm at Ramsey Funeral Home in Georgetown, TX. Graveside services will be held from 3-4 pm at Bagdad Cemetery in Leander, TX. Lastly, a Celebration of Life will be held at his and Barbara's home.
